Senator Kerry once again asserts that his $900 billion health care plan will not be financed by raising taxes, nor will it be deficit spending. Instead, he's going to "roll back" the tax cuts of the rich. Today at a campaign rally, he stated (and I'm paraphrasing greatly), that we would all share the burden. So he's rolling back tax cuts (which is somehow not raising taxes?) of only the richest people in America (and we're somehow all sharing the burden?).
