Well, MonarchComputer.com just got a nice chunk of change for me. After getting my Antec P160 case today (in a very fast time from ComputerBrain.com), I just couldn't resist putting the rest of the computer together. Hopefully all pieces will arrive close to my first day of vacation (next Tuesday) and I can get it put together quickly and start enjoying the whole system over my vacation. I can't wait!

Difference between actual cost and projected - the BenQ 1620PRO. I wanted to keep the DVD-RW in my current computer and I'll most likely transfer over the CD-RW (I use it for ripping). So I needed a new DVD-RW and the general consensus is that the BenQ 1620PRO offers all the features you'd be looking for in a DVD-RW at the current time at a cost of only $51 (similar LiteOn products (my preferential brand) cost about $80-$90).
So now, the waiting game begins. I have the case and the extra 120mm fan. The NeoPower power supply is on the way (should actually arrive tomorrow). Hopefully the fine folks at Monarch can put together my combo system tomorrow and ship it Friday. That way it can move across country over the weekend and hopefully arrive at my door Tuesday or Wednesday. That's being very optimistic though as I don't expect it until the 22nd. But that gives me a weekend to set it up and a full week off to play with it. I CAN'T WAIT!
