Ever since I received MI-5: Volume 1 on DVD over a year ago, I've been anxiously awaiting the release of Volume 2. Today, it arrived from Amazon.com (a day early no less) and I can't wait to start watching all 10 episodes. The first volume only had 6 episodes and left me wanting more - many more. Unfortunately, I didn't want to try and pick it up on A&E as it just wouldn't be the same as watching on DVD when you can just watch all 10 in a row and put all the pieces of the intricate puzzle together. And, to top it off, I saw this article today which validates my own opinion that MI-5 is better than 24 (Night and day: Classy "MI-5," tired "24").
If you have a chance, take in a few episodes on A&E as I believe a new season starts up soon. I'm still behind on the times as I'm just going to start watching Season 2, but in my estimation, this is probably one of the best shows on television.
As a side note, MI-5: Volume 2 was my 800th DVD. Working my way to 1,000 and way too much money spent (figure $10-$15/each and you'll see quite quickly what a dangerous obsession this has become).
