Ummm....yeah...it's Bush's fault that a plant in ENGLAND was shut down for contamination which led to the flu vaccine crisis. Sure. Go ahead and spin it that way. It's absurd, but it's a good idea - capitalize on people's fears - oh wait, that's what the Democratic party says Bush has been doing with 9/11. Hypocrisy? Nah...couldn't be.
