What. A. Game. After setting the record for the longest scoreless Superbowl, the game ended up being the 6th highest scoring Superbowl ever. Including a riveting last quarter, multiple lead changes, missed field goals, kick-offs out of bounds, two-point conversions, the longest pass play in Superbowl history, and much more, this was just a great game. Depite missing out on the Lingerie Bowl (yeah, right - I'm not forking out $20) and Janet Jackson's "slip" (half time always sucks), the day was a success. I decided to create a burger I saw on Emeril (croissant, bacon, burger, cheese, fried egg and a serrano-kiwi salsa) and we also had all the other fixin's - chips, dip, dew. It was fun, and the day was topped off by the fact I had finished my paper that was due on Monday on Saturday night (a rare occurence - finishing a paper over a day before it's due). The great game was just icing on the cake.
