Well, I'm just a little bummed that Michigan lost today in the Rose Bowl, but it wasn't all bad. USC won, which should bring them a #1 in the AP poll, giving them a share of the title - the same title the BCS was designed to prevent from going to different teams - so hopefully there will be a shake-up there. And even though Michigan lost, I did make $14 off our little matrix we drew up before the game, though I lost $5 to my brother who took USC -6.5. I'll see if I can get a picture up of my poorly crafted Michigan banner which I hung in the tv room as my dad had hung USC paraphernalia outside, only to make it look as if we wanted USC to win - as the other family that came over (the same with whom we spent New Year's Eve (see post below), has a daughter attending USC and one proud parent. But then, once inside, past the façade of USC banners, there was the Michigan banner with blue & yellow crepe paper throughout. Of course, I wore my Michigan hat and had my other Michigan hat (received for Christmas), lying on the table in the tv room.
